All book sales are final. Due to the nature of printed materials and fulfillment processing, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at queensacademynj@gmail.com with:

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the damage or error

  • Your order confirmation or receipt We will work with our print partner to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement at no additional cost.

• Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us. We will do our best to help you track it or file a claim with the shipping provider.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after the order is placed.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
