• Damaged or Defective Items:

  • A photo of the damage or error

  • Your order confirmation or receipt
    We will work with our print partner to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement at no additional cost.

• Lost Packages:
  If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us. We will do our best to help you track it or file a claim with the shipping provider.
