Each year at Queens Empowerment Academy, we choose a theme that sets the tone for our programs and celebrations. This year’s theme, “Sisterhood is Sweet,” reminds us that the bonds we build with one another are powerful, uplifting, and worth celebrating. Through every activity, event, and connection, we are committed to nurturing a community where every girl feels supported, valued, and inspired.
Rising Queens is a K–8th grade program within Queens Empowerment Academy (QEA) that provides a safe and empowering space for young girls to develop confidence, build sisterhood, and grow as leaders. Through mentorship, social-emotional learning, and creative workshops, Rising Queens nurtures each girl’s voice and potential while celebrating their individuality and culture.
Queens Ignite is a high school leadership and mentorship program under Queens Empowerment Academy, designed for girls in grades 9–12. The program focuses on post-secondary readiness by providing college trips, career exploration, and guidance in planning for life after high school. Through mentorship, workshops, and real-world experiences, Queens Ignite helps girls build confidence, develop leadership skills, and take empowered steps toward their futures.
Queens Excel Leadership Institute is the premier leadership and advocacy arm of Queens Empowerment Academy, designed for high school young women committed to excellence, service, and community impact.
As members of this selective institute, participants engage in advanced leadership development, structured mentorship training, service-based initiatives, and public speaking experiences that cultivate influence, integrity, and purpose. Queens Excel Fellows are not simply participants , they are trained peer mentors and emerging leaders who serve as change agents within their schools and communities. Through intentional preparation and real-world leadership application, they gain the skills, confidence, and discipline required to lead boldly and responsibly.

Saturday Academy
Saturday Academy is a monthly empowerment experience designed for all girls, whether they are enrolled in Queens Empowerment Academy or not. Held every 2nd Saturday of the month, this program creates a safe, joyful space for girls to build confidence, strengthen sisterhood, and grow through hands-on workshops, creative activities, and leadership development.This is your chance to plug her into the fun, the growth, and the community.Spots are limited, sign her up now!
