Raising a Queen is the parent and guardian initiative of Queens Empowerment Academy, created to ensure families have a voice and active role in their daughters’ empowerment journey. Through monthly gatherings, planning sessions, and special events, Raising a Queen offers a space for connection, support, and collaboration. Parents gain exclusive access to trips, early event registration, and opportunities to shape programming. Together, we’re not just raising girls, we’re raising Queens
At Queens Empowerment Academy, we believe in strong family-school partnerships. That’s why we have a Parent Liaison at each of our partner schools—one for Mastery Cramer Hill and one for LEAP Academy. These dedicated parents serve as a bridge between families and QEA, helping to share updates, gather feedback, and support engagement in events and initiatives. Our liaisons ensure every parent’s voice is heard and valued.
